Mohtaram bradaran e Islam TAFAQQOH FID DEEN yani Deen me Gehri Samajh Allah Ta’ala ki azeem Nemat hai. Hadees Shareef me hai

 “من يرد الله به خيرا يفقهه في الدين  ( tarjuma) Allah Ta’ala jis bande ke sath Khair ka Irada farmate hain usko Deen ki samajh ata farmate hain [BUKHARI]” Quran me bhi Allah Ta’ala ne Musalamano ki ek jamat ko FIQH (deen ki gehri samajh boojh) hasil karne ka hukum diya (Surah Taubah:122) FAQEEH ki tareef karte hue Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : “ فقيه واحد أشد على الشيطان من ألف عابد“ek faqeeh shaitan par hazar Aabido se bhaari hai(TIRMIZI : Hadees Saheeh)

          Allama ibne Qayyim rah FUQAHA KIRAAm ki fazeelat bayan karte hue farmate hain :”Yahi Fuqaha Quran O Hadees se masael nikalna ke ahem kaam ke liye makhsoos hain yahi Hazraat halal o haraam ke usoolon ko jama karne aur murattab karne ka ahtemaam karne wale hain , yahi Fuqaha zameen me aise hain jaise asmaan me raushan sitare inhi fuqaha ke Zarye jahalt ki andheryon me bhatke hue logon ko rehnumai hasil hoti hai, logo ko apni ghiza se ziada fuqaha kiraam ki zaroorat hai aur Quran ki rau se musalmano par fuqaha kiraam ki ita’at Maa baap ki ita’at se ziada farz hai.”[AALAAMUL MOOQAEEN 1/7]

Allah Ta’ala ne Huzoor Akram sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki is Ummat me ibteda hi se Quran o Hadees ke beshumaar maahir ulama ,fuqaha o Mujtahideen ko paida farmaya , jinho ne deen e islam ki har har cheez ki tashreeh o tehqeeq kar ke deen ko Mehfooz farmadya,aur deen e islam ko guzashta deeno ki tarah jaahioln aur ulama e soo’ ki hath ka khilona banne se Mehfooz rakha . in beshumaar Fuqaha o Mujtahideen me Allah Ta’ala ne char IMAMO (IMAM ABU HANEEFA, IMAM MALIK , IMAM SHAFAI, IMAM AHMED Rahimahumullah) ko Ummat e muslima ke andar be inteha maqbooliyat ata farmai hatta ke in Hazraat ki zindagi me bhi aur khusoosan chauthi sadi se lekar sathwi sadi tak Ummat ki aksaryat aur athwi sadi se lekar chadhwi sadi tak poori Ummat Quran o Hadees ke ahkaam par amal ke silsile me in charo me se kisi ek ko apna Rehbar o rehnuma tasleem karti aarahe hai. Ummat ke in charo Musallama o Muttfaqa Imamo ki Mukhtasar Seerat pesh e Khidmat hai.

 

IMAM AZAM ABU HANEEFA (Rahmatullahi alaih): Ap rah Hazrat Omer Farooq razi Allahu anhu ke abaad kiye hue Shahar Koofa me 80 Hijri me paida hue. Ap rah ka asal naam Noman aur walid ka naam Sabit hai. Hazrat  Sabit rah aur unki aulaad ke haq me Hazrat Ali razi Allahu anhu ne barkat ki Dua farmai thi. Imma Abu Haneefa rah ko aksar Ulama ne Tabaeen me shumar kiya hai. [ALBIDAYA WAN NIHAYA 10/527] Imam sahib rah ke wtan Shahar KOofa me dedh Hazaar Sahaba ikraam razi Allahu anhum tashreef laye the.(KITAB AL ASMAA WAL KUNI 1/174)

Hazrat Ali aur Ibne Masood Razi Allahu anhuma jaise Jaleelul Qadr Sahaba Koofa me kayee saal qiyam farmaya[SIYAR E SAHABA 7/600] Jiski badaolat ye shahar MAKKE MUKARRAMA aur MADINE TAYYABA ki tarah Quran o Hadees ke Uloom kaitna bada Markaz ban chukka tha ke Imam Bukhari rah ne Ilm eHadees ke liye beshumaar martaba Koofa ka Safar farmaya. [HADYUS SAARI 663]

Saheeh Bukhari aur Saheeh Muslim ke sainkdo Muhaddiseen KOOFA hi ke bashinde the. Imam Abu Haneefa rah ne Koofa , Makkah, Madina waghair ke taqreeban 4000 Ulama o Muhaddiseen se Quran o Hadees ki taleem hasil farmayi jin me sab se mashhoor Hazrat Hamma rah hain, Hammad rah ke ustaad IBRAHIM NAKHEE rah hain, unke ustaad azrat Alqama rah hai aur unke ustad Hazrat Abdulla Bin Masood razi Allahu anhu Hazrat Umar Farooq Razi Allahu anhu jaise azeem Sahaba ikram hain. Allah TA’la ne Imam Abu Haneefa rah ko Taqwa o Taharat, zakawat o zahanat ke sath Quran O Ahadis e Mubaraka ka aisa zabardast ilm ata farmaya ke bade bade Muhaddiseen Ap ki azmat o ilmi shaan ka aetraf karte nazar ate hain. Imam Bukhari o Muslim aur sainkdo Muhaddiseen ke Ustaad YAHYA BIN QATTAN rah farmate hain ke:”hum Khuda ke samne Jhoot nahi bol sakte, Waqai baat ye hai ke  Abu Haneefa rah se behter Fiqh humne kisi ki nahi suni isliye unke aksar aqwaal  humne ikhtiyar kiye han.[MANAQIB ZAHBI 19]”.

Imam Bukhari ke azeem ustaad MAKKI BIN IBRAHIM rah farmate hain ke:”Imam Abu Haneefa apne zamane ke sab se bade Alim the.”[MANAIB ZAHBI 19]

Imam Ahlul Hadees Hazrat Wakee’, Imam Abu Haneefa rah ke qaul ke mutabiq fatwa dete the, Abu Haneefa rah ki tamam Hadeesen Wakee’ rah ko yaad thi aur unho ne Imam sahib se bhot saari Hadeesen suni thi.[JAME BAYANUL ILM 2/183]

Ilm e Hadees ke sutoon YAHYA BIN MOIN rah farmate hain:” Imam Abu Haneefa rah Hadees aur fiqh me qabil bharosa aur sache the, Allah Ta’la ke deen ke bare me qaabil e aetemad the.”[KHAIRAATUL HISAAN]

Imamul Muhaddiseen Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mubarak rah farmate the:

“Imam Abu HAneefa rah Hafeza, Fiqh, Ilm e Hadees, parhezgari aur Taqwa me sab se aage the”[MANAQIB IMAM AZAM 1/229]

Ye naqabile inkaar haqeeqat hai ke Imam Abu Haneefa rah ne kayee kitaben tehreer farmayi jin se bade bade muhaddiseen o Ulama bhot lambe zamane tak istefada karte rahe.[tafseel ke liye Dekhye AIMMA ARBA safha 86]

Masael ko hal karne me Imam Abu Haneefa rah ka tareekha ye tha ke Ap rah ke samne jab koi masla pesh hota to ap rah sab se pehle KITABULLAH me uska hukum talash farmae agar usme na mila to ahadis e     Rasool me nazar karte, agar ahdis me bhi na mila to Sahaba ikram razi Allahuanhum ke Aqwaal o Fatwon ko dekhte aur usi ke mutabiq jawab dete agar Sahaba ke darmyean Ikhtelaf ho to  Abdullah bin Masood ke Qaul ko ziyada pasand farmate the[]REHMATULLAHIL WASSIAA duwwam] agar Sahaba ke aqwaal me bhi jawabna milta to phir Quran Hadees ki raushni me qiyas farmte the[AIMMA ARBA 54] Aprah farmaya karte the ke agar mera koi Qaul Quran , Hadees  e Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ya sahbai razi Allahu anhu ke Qaul k khilaf azar aye to meri baat ko chord do.[AQDUL JEED 53]

(Alhamdulillah Ulama e Ahnaf Ap rah ki is naseehat par poora amal kar rahe hain, agar kisi masle me saheeh hadees na milti sirf Zaeef hadees hi hoti to ap rah qiyas se kaam lene ke bajaye usi zaeef hadees par amal farmate the jiski kayee misaalen Ibne Qayyim rah ne apni Kitab IILAAMUL MOOQIEEN jild Awwal me naqal farmai hain. Kis Qadar afsos ki baat hai ke aj baaz log is azeem Imam aur Ummat ke be misaal Faqeeh o Muhaddis ko badnaam karne ki koshish karte hue ap rah ke khilaf jhoota propaganda kar rahe hain ke ap rah ko sirf 17 hadeesen yaad thi ya ap Quran oHadees ko chord kar Qiyas se masael batate the (Naoozu Billah)

Imam Azam ke do azeem shagird , muhaddis o fa qeeh Imam Abu yousuf rah aur Imam Muhammad rah ne Ap rah  ki fiqh ko kayee kitabon me jama farma diya , fiqh hanafi ka Madaar inhi mustanad o motabar kitabon par hai. Isse ye maloom hua ke jin Motasib ya kam ilm afraad ne ye baat likhi hai ke fiqh hanafi ki imam Abu Haneefa rah tak koi Sanad nahi hai wo ya to jahalat ka shikaar hain ya jaan boojh kar Awaam ko dhoka de rahe hain. Sadyon se Ummat e muslima ki aksaryat isi fiqh ke mutabiq amal karti arahi hain aur aj bhi aksar mulkon me Ahle Islam ki sab se ziada tadad Fiqh hanafi par amal paira hai.

 

IMAM MALIK Rah:Hazrat Imam Malik rah muqaddas tareen shahar , Markaz e Islam Madina Munawwara ke rehna walw aur apne/ daur me muhaddiseen ke Imam the. 96 hijri me Ap rah ki wiladat ba sa’adat hui . Mota Malik, Aprah ki riwayaat ka motabar tareen majmua hai jis me jagah jagah Apke maslak ko bhi wazeh kiya gaya hai. Ap rah ki buzrugi aur Ilmi Maqaam ka ye Alam tha ke Hukoomat e Waqt ki taraf se ye aelan kardiya gaya tha ke Musalmano ko Imam Malik rah aur Ibne Abi Zi’b rah ke Ilawa koi teesra shaqs Fatwa na de, imam Malik rah khud farmate hain ke jab tak 70 Ulama e   Waqt ne Shahadat na dedi ke  mai Fatwa se salta hun us waqt tak maine Fatwa nahi diya.

Fatwa dete waqt Ap sab se pehle Kitabullah ki dekhte uske baad Hadees e Rasool me Ghaur o Fikr farmate, Hazrat Umar , Ibne Umar Razi Allahu anhuma, Madina ke Sahaba ikram ke fatwe aur Ahle Madina ka Amal Aprah ke nazdeek behad ahmiyat ka hamil  aur hujjat o daleel e sharii ki haisiyat rakhta tha, aur Ap rah Quran o Hadees ke baad inhi ke mutabiq fatwa dete the, agar kisi masle ka jawab Kitab O Sunnat  aur Mazkoora cheezo me na milta to Ijtehad kar ke Qiyas se jawab diya karte the.

[ZAMEEMA ILM USOOL E FIQH 46]

Hazrat Imam Malik rah Masjid e Nabawi me Roza e Jannat me dars e Hadees kiya karte the. Ap rah ke dars me Misr, Maraqash , spain, Iraq ,    Yemen , aur sham waghaira door daraz ilaqo se Talib e Ilm aakar shareek hote, unhin shagirdo ke Zarye apka MAzhab un mulko tak pohancha. Maraqash ke mawali Misr aur Africa kem Musalman aj kal Maliki mazhab ke muqallid aur pairo kaar hain.

 

IMAM SHAFA’II RAH: Imam Muhammad Bin Idrees Shafa’ii rah Makktul Mukarrama ke bashinde , Azeem tareen Muhaddis o Faqeeh aur Ummat ke Qabil E Ehtram Muqtada the. Apka talluq Quraish Khandan se tha , Ap rah ke dada SHAFA’E Sighaar e Sahaba me shumar kiye jate hain. Imam SHfa’ii rah ko Allah Ta’ala bachpan hi se zahanat o zalawat , Fahem o faqahat aur Sa’aadat o Sharafat se nawaza tha. Ap rah ne sirf 7 saal ki umar me  Quran paak is tarah yaad kar liya tha ke uran Majeed ke tamam Maani o Tafasir ap rah par wazeh hogaye the aur sirf 10 saal ki Umar me 10 dino me pooro Moatta zabani yaad karli thi. Apne daur ke mashhoor Ulama ke Ilawa ap rah ne madina munawwara me Imam Malik se Ilm e Hadees hasil kiya is ke baad Baghdad jakar Imam Abu Haneefa rah ke shagird e khaas Imam Muhammad Bin Hasan rah se Ilm e Fiqh ki takmeel farmayi. Ap rah in dono imamo ke bhot ziada Ahsan Mand the aur in dono ki behad Tareef farmate the(AIMMA ARBA S 148) Quran o Hadees ke sath Arabi Zaban ke Shaer O Adab aur Arab ke Waqiaat me bji Ap rah ko Kamaal Hasil tha. Ap rah ke Ustaad Mihtaram Muhammad Bin Hasan rah kisi Aalim ki itni Tazeem nahi farmate the Jitni Imam Shafai rah ki karte the.() Ap rah ke shagird e Rasheed Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal rah farmate the: Imam Shafai rah logon me sab se ziada Quran o Hadees ke Ma’aani ko janne wale hai(ALBIDAYA WAN NIHAYA) AP rah rozana raat me ek Quran padhte the aur Ramazanul Mubarak me rozana din Raat me 2 Quran khatm karte the.(AIMMA ARBA 175) Ap rah ke Maslak ki bunyad Quran, Hadees,Ijma e Ummat aur Qiyas par hai(AIMMA ARBA 162) Fiqh Hanafi ke baad Ahle Sunnat Musalmano ki aksaryat isi Fiqh ki paband hai.[SIYAR E SAHABA 9/303]

 

IMAM AHMED RAH: Hazrat Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal rah wo chauthe  Imam hain jinko poori Ummat “IMAM AHLE SUNNAT WAL JAMAT” ke laqab se yaad karti hai aur sadyon se Ummat ka ek bada tabqa Ap rah ki Taqleed karta aaraha hai. Bachpan hi me Ap rah ki sharafat , Nek Nafsi aur Buzrugi ki Shohrat ho chuki thi aur bade bade log bhi Ap rah ki HUSN E SEERAT aur AALA AKHLAAQ par tajjub karte the .(AIMMA ARBA 188) 16 saal ki Umar me Ap rah ne Hadees Shareef ki taleem Shuru farmai. Ilme Hadees me ap rah ke sab se pehle ustaad Imam Abu Haneefa rah ke sab se bade shagerd , Azeem Muhaddis o Faqeeh Imam Abu Yusuf rah hai(MANAQIB IMAM AHMED LI IBNE JOOZI S 20 BAHAWALA AIMMA ARBA 190) Imam Ahmed Hadees me Imam e Waqt the, bade Zahid o Aabid  the , aamdani ki tangi ke bawajood Saqii the(TAREEKHG DAWAT O AZEEMAT 1/196) Ap rah ne ek martaba Raat ki Nafil Namazo me Ek Quran Khatm farmaya.() Abu Dawood rah farmate han: Imam Ahmed rah ki MAjlisen Akhirat ke yaad ki Majlisen hoti thi apki Majlis me kabhi Dunya ka tazkira nahi hota tha(AL BIDAYAH 10/779) Imam Ahmed rah ke asateza  bhi unki bhot tazeem karte aur unke taqwe ki tareef karte the. Ap rah ke bhot mehboob Ustaad Imam Shafai rah farmaya karte the ke: mai Baghdad se is haal me nikla hun ke wahan Ahmed Bin Hambal se bada na koi Muttaqi hai na koi Faqeeh(TAREEKH E DAWAT O AZEEMAT 1/189) Imam Ahmed Bin hambal rah ke samne jab koi naya masla pesh hota to to ap rah sab se pehle Kitab o Sunnat ki taraf mutawajjah hote, agar koi masla Quran o Hadees me na milta to Sahaba ikram razi Allahu anhum ke ijmai Qaul ke mutabiq fatwa dete aur Sahaba Ikram ke Qaul ke khilaf kisi ki rai ko khatir me na late, agar Sahaba ke darmyan is masle me Ikhtelaf hota to jis Sahabi ka Qaul Quran o Hadees ke Qareeb hota  usko ikhtyar farmate aur Sahaba ikram ko chord kar apni ya kisi aur ki raye se kuch na kehte, agar Sahaba ikram ka Qaul bhi na milta to zaeef hadees par amal farmate phir kisi masle me zaeef hadees bhi na hoti to Ap rah qiyas se masla ka hukum bayan farmate the(AELAMUL MOQIEEN 1/25) Imam Ahmed rah ye bhi farmaya karte the ke jab bhi mujh se koi aisa masla daryaft kiya gaya jisme mujhe koi hadees na mili to maine Imam shafai rah ke Qaul ke mutabiq Fatwa dedya(SIYARUS SAHABA 9/327)

Peeran e peer Shaikh Abdul Qadar Jeelani rah , Allama jauzi, Allama Zahbi rah jaise Azeem tareen Ulama aur Muhaddiseen  e waqt apki taqleed ko apne liye Raah e Najaat tasawwur karte the. Maujooda Saudi Hukumat ke rooh e rawan , Shaikhul Islam Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab rah bhi Imam Ahmed rah ke muqallid the. Ahle Hadees(ghair Muqallid) Aalim Ismail Salafi sahib Gujranwali likhte hain ke Najd ke ek mashoor Alim ka naam Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab tha Unho ne Najd aur Qurb o jawar ke Ilaqo me Waaz o Naseehat ke Zarye islaah e Haal ki koshish ki, logon ko Shirk , Qabar parasti, Bid’aat aur ghalat rusoom se roka… darasal wo log hambali hain aur fiqh me Imam Ahmed ko peshwa mante hain jis tarah Hamare Mulk me aam log Hanafi hain Najd me aksar log hambali kehlate hain.(FATAWA 16). Mashoor ghair muqallid Aalim Maulana Ibrahim sayal kothi sahib tehreer farmate hain: Shaikh Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahab Hambali mazhab ke Muqallid the, chunanche ye baat unke apne Khutbe se zaahir hai jo unho ne Haram Mohtaram me har chaar Mazhab ke name(mashoor) Ulama ke samne bayan kiya.[TAREEKH E AHLE HADEES 143].

Laakhon gumrah insane ki Hidayat aur karodon gunahgaaronki tauba ka sabab banne wali daur e haazir ke Azeem Muhaddis, wali kamil, shaikhul Hadees Maulana Zakariya rah ki tasneef “FAZAEL E AMAAL” aur Hakeem ul Ummat , Mujaddid e Waqt, Aashiq e Rasool, Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi rah ki Islami Zindagi ki behtreen Rehnuma Kitab “BAHESHTI ZEWAR” par kufriya , shirkiya waqiaat aur gandey masael se bhare hone ka ilzaam laga kar in azeem kitabon se bhole bhale , kam ilm Musalmano ko door karne wale ghair muqallid ahle hadees bhaiyon se Guzarish hai ke agar unke andar insaf pasandi ki koi ramq baqi hai to Allama Ibne Taimiya rah, Allama Ibne Qayyim rah aur Allama Ibne Kaseer rah waghaira Muhaddiseen Salaf-e-Saaliheen aur Nawab Siddiq Hasan Bhopali, Abdul Majeed Sohdarwi , Sana Ullah Amritsari sahib waghaira Ulama e Ghair Muqallideen par bhi gumrahi ka hukum lagayen aur unki kitabo ko Ghair Muqallid Ulama  bhi na pardhen aur apni awaam ko bhi unko padhne se  rokden,

 

Quran paak samajhne aur us par amal karne ke liye Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki hadeeson ko manna laazim o zaroori hai. Poori Ummat ka is baat par ittefaq hai ki Quran paak ki tarah Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki Hadeesen bhi aj tak Mehfooz hain aur Qayamat tak Mehfooz rahengi. Ahaadees e Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko na maanne wala Quran aur poori shariyat se door hojata hai . isi wajeh se Ahle Quran Firqa jo Hadeeson ka inkar karta hai aur Sirf Quran ko manne ka dawa karta hai Who Gumrah aur Deen e Islam se Kharij hai,.

 

Hanafi, Shafa’ii, Maliki aur Hambali Musalman Ulama o Awaam sadyon se yak jaan Char(4) Qaalib hokar baham shir o shukar aur muhabbat o khuloos ke sath rehte aarahe hain, Islam ki tableegh o isha’at me Charon Maslakon ke Muqallideen har wazqt aur Har jagah ek Doosre ke  muawin aur madadfaar rahe hain, aur inhi Hazraat ki mehnaton se saare Alam me deen phaila hai. Maujooda ghair muqallid ahle hadees Hazraat se Guzarish hai ke dhoka o fareb se gurez karen, zid aiur hat dharma ko chord den, chand Firoi masael ki aard me Ummat me inteshar na daalen. Chand waqti aur siyasi waqiaat ko uchaal kar un muqallidee ko zabardasti ek Doosre ka dushman sabit na karen.
