Quran Shareef key Para 2 Surah Bakra key 29 Ruku mey Ayat No 230 mey Allah Tala irshad fermata hai:

 

Tarjuma :  “Agar us ko talak dey diya (yani Teen Talakey, to) ab us key liye halal nahi, jab tak ki who auret us key siwa dusrey sey nikha na ker ley, phir agar wo bhi talak dey dey, to in dono mey mel-jol ker leney mey koi gunah nahi, beshertey ye jaan ley ki Allah ki hado ko qayam rakh sakhenygey, ye hai Allah ki hadey, jinhey wo janney walo key liye bayan farma raha hai.”

“Agar dusra shauher nikha aur bati key bad talak dey dey, to pehley khawind per phir usi aurat sey nikha ker leney mey koi gunah nahi aur ye jaan ley ki woh dusra nikha sirf dokha aur makkar wa freb ka na tha, balki sacchai thi.”

Phir mey ney Abdullah bin Zubair Raziallah Anhu sey nikha ker liya aur nahi hai us key pass (yani us ka khas anng) magar pundney ki trah. Apney pucha, kiya tu phir Rifa key paas jana chahti hai? Usney kaha, Ha. Apney farmaya, tu us waqt tak Rifa sey nikha nahi ker sakti, jab tak ki Abdur Rehman tera maza na chakh ley aur tu us sey maza na paa ley.”

Hadees : “Hazret Abdullah bin Masood Raziallahu Tala Anhu kehtey hai ki Allah key Rasool Sallallaho-Alhey-Wasslam ney halal kerney waley aur halal karaney waley dono per lanat farmai hai.” (Yani ek admi ney apni biwi ko teen talaq di, phir us ney ek admi sey kaha kit u is sey nikha ker key is ko merey liye halal ker dey. In dono admiyo per apney lanat farmaye hai).

Hazret Amash Raziallahu Anhu kehtey hai ki mujh ko ye khayal hai ki Hazret Jabir Raziallahu Anhu ney ye lafz kahey hai ki (Ye sun ker Shaytan us ko galey sey laga leyta hai).”
