To Is se pata chalta hai keMo’mal bin Isma’eel ne Zaroor rivayat ko byankarne me Ghalti ki hai.Imam Sufyan Sauri (Rah.) Khud MUJTAHID hainaur Unka Khud ka Amal is Hadees per Nahi hai.Imam NAWAWI (Rah.) farmate hain ke, “ImamAbi Haneefah, Sufyan Sauri, Is’haaq binRaahwiyah, hamaare As’haab me se Marwazi(Rahmatullahi alaihim) farmate hain ke Donohath Naaf ke neeche baandhe jayein.” [SharahMuslim 1/73, Mu’arif As-Sunan 2/438]Ibne Qayyim (Rah.) ne likha hai ke, “ALAASADRIHI (Seene par) ki zyadati sirf Mo’mal BinIsma’eel ki rivayat me hai aur Mo’mal binIsma’eel ko Imam BUKHARI (Rah.) ne MUNKARAL-HADEES kaha hai. Imam Bukhari (Rah.) Jisraavi ke baare me Munkar Al-Hadees keh dein Usse rivayat Jayez hi Nahi hai. [A’laam al Moqa’een3/9 misaal#62]In tamam Wujoohaat ki bina per lafz SEENE PERkis tarah Taam Az-Zabt ho sakta hai.? IsliyeTeesri Shart bhi poori Nahi hoti.(IV). GHAIR SHAAZ (No Contradiction): Mo’malbin Isma’eel apne se zyadah SIQAH Raaviyon kimukhalifat karte hain. Kyonke inse ZyadahSIQAH Raavi lafz SEENE PER ka izaafa bayan Nahikarte jaisa ke oopar guzar chuka hai.Mazed ye ke SEENE PER hath baandhne kamauqaf bhi SHAAZ hai kyonke Jamee’ Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t me ye kisi ka bhi Mazhab nahike SEENE PER hath baandhe jayenge.AHNAAF: Naaf ke neeche baandhna SUNNAT hai.MALIKIYAH: Farz Namazon me dono Hath chhordena MUSTAHAB hai.SHUWAAFE’: Seene ke neeche, Naaf ke ooparhath baandhna MUSTAHAB hai.HANAABLAH: Naaf ke neeche, Naaf ke oopar, aurdono Jagah baandhne ki gunja’ish hai.Kisi Sahabi (Raz.) ka amal ya Kisi Taaba’ee (Rah.)ka amal SEENE PER Hath baandhne ka Nahi hai,Ye rivayat SHAAZ hai. Isliye Chauthi Shart pooriNahi hoti.(V). GHAIR MU’ALLIL (Without Hidden Defect):Mo’mal bin Isma’eel Jab Akele ho to UnkaTAFARRUD Qubool nahi kiya jayega aur SAHEEHIBN-E-KHUZAIMAH ki SEENE PER Hath baandhneki rivayat me Mo’mal bin Isma’eel MUNFARIDhain (Akele bayan kar rahe hain) aur In perKAMZOR HAAFZAH ki wajah se KALAAM hain aurMo’mal bin Isma’eel apne se zyadah SIQAHRaaviyon ki mukhalifat karte hain kyonke SIQAHRAAVI isi SANAD me “SEENE PER” Lafz ka izaafanaqal nahi karte. Isliye Lafz “SEENE PER” Ghair-Mehfooz hai.Ma’loom hua ke Ye rivayat Ghair-Mehfooz hai(Ya’ni Illat se khaali Nahi hai), isliye PaanchviShart poori nahi hoti.SAHEEH HADEES ki 5 Sharaa’it me se is rivayatme 4 Sharaa’it poori Nahi hoti. Isliye Usool-e-Hadees ki ro se Ye rivayat SAHEEH Nahi hai balkeIntihaayi Za’eef hai. Chounke Ghair-Muqallideenka da’wa Jayez wa Na-Jayez ka hai. Unhey Daleelme sirf SAHEEH SAREEH MARFOO’ GHAIR-MUTA’RIZ HADEES hi pesh karna chahiye.NOTE: Ye rivayat SEENE PER Hath baandhne kitamam rivayaton me se sab se Kam ZA’EEFrivayat hai. Baqya rivayaton me to ek se ZaayedRaaviyon per KALAAM hai.GHAR KO AAG LAG GAYI GHAR KE HI CHIRAAGHSE:Ghair-Muqallid Hakeem Abdur-Rahman Khaleeqne likha hai ke, “Aasim bin Kulaib (Rah.) bilittifaaq Kubbaar-e-Muhaddiseen ke Nazdeek Saqtdarjah ka ZA’EEF raavi hai.” [12 Masaa’il, pg38,39]Aal Peerdaad, Zubair Ali Za’i ne likha: “JoKaseerul Khata’ aur Sa’eeul Hifz (KamzorHAAFZAH wala) waghera (Raavi) ho UskiMUNFARID Hadees ZA’EEF hoti hai.” [NoorulAinain pg62]Is rivayat me Mo’mal bin Isma’eel hain JinkaHaafzah Kharaab tha aur Wo MUNFARID hain(Ya’ni Akele hi rivayat karte hain). Aal PeerdaadSahab! Aap ki Yehi ek baat hi Is Hadees ko ZA’EEFSaabit kar deti hai. Per Kya karein NAFS PARASTIAap se kuch bhi Karwa deti hai.Ghair-Muqallid, Zubair Ali Za’i ne likha: “SufyanSauri (Rah.) Mudallis hain” [Noorul Ainainpg137]“Mudallis Raavi ki (AN) wali rivayat Na Qabil-e-Hujjat ya’ni Za’eef hoti hai” [Anwar ul TareeqJawab Al-Jawab Noor Ul Ainain pg7]Aal Peerdaad, Kya karein Sharam Tumko aatiNahi. Tumne Sufyan Sauri (rah.) Jo SAHEEHAINke Raavi honey ke ba-wajood Unko Za’eef qaraardiya TARK RafaulYadain ki Hadees ko Jhutlanay(Shaheed) karne ke liye aur Jab Yahan Seene perHath baandhne ki baat Aayi to phir Sufyan Sauri(rah.) ki hi (AN) wali rivayat se Ihtijaaj Karnelagey.?AAKHRI BAAT:Ibn-e-Khuzaimah (rah.) ne Is Hadees per KoiHUKM Nahi lagaaya hai albatta Kuch Ghair-Muqallideen ne behas ke dauraan ek IbaratUnhoney Naqal ki thi aur wo ye hai ke…… “YeMukhtasar Sahih Ahadees ka majmua hai JoRasool (ﷺ) tak Sahih aur Muttasil Sanad kesaath pahonchti hain aur darmiyan me koi raawisaaqit ya sanad me inqata nahi hai aur na torawiyon me se koi rawi majrooh ya zaeefhai.” [IBN KHUZAIMAH 1/2] phir likha ke “Isiwajah se bohat saare Logon ne is Hadees koSaheeh maana hai.”Mujhe pata Nahi ke Asal Ibarat kya hai. Khair, Isiko kehtey hain ANDHI TAQLEED. TEHQEEQ kanaam Japne waley Andhey ho gaye.Jawaab ye hai ke [SAHEEH IBN-E-KHUZAIMAH] kiKayi Rivaayatein Za’eef hain. Chunacha Ibn-e-Hajar Makki (Rah.) farmaate hain: “Ibn-e-Khuzaimah (rah.) ne aisi kitni Ahaadees koSAHEEH kaha hai jo HASAN DARJAH ko bhi NAHIPOHANCHTI. [Haamish Dirham As-Surah: 81](ii) Aur Khud Ghair-Muqallideen ne [Saheeh Ibn-e-Khuzaimah] ki kayi Ahaadees ko Za’eef qaraardiya hai. [Dekhiye Kitab Tas’heel Al-Wusool tiba’saal: 2005, page no.s 45, pg138, pg160, pg178,pg212, pg258, pg275, pg334, pg344]Aal-Peerdaad Zubair Ali hi Is Kitaab ka Haashya-Nigaar hai.Ye to 2 Mundi waaley Saanp ki Chaal lag rahihai.
