Nangey Sir Namaz Padhna
 

 

 

G.M.       Dusramasla, nangye sir namaz padney ka tha. Aap ney sir sey topi sir sey uttarney kasawal kiya hai to ye kam mey ney aain sunnet e nabwi key mutabik kiya hai.

 

Sunni.     Agarnangey sir namaz panda sunnet sabit ho jaye to ham bhi esa krengey. Aap zarasunnet ki tarif krey.

 

G.M.:      Jokam Allah key Nabi (s.a.w.) ney kiya ho wo sunnet hai usi ka kerna hamarey leyebaaes ajer – wa – sawab hai.

 

Sunni:     Aapko sunnet ki tareef kisi ney galat batai hai. Jo kam HozoorSal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ek aadh martaba kiya ho ya ker key chord diya ho wosunnet nahi hota.

 

G.M.:      Tophir sunnet kis cheez ko kehtey hai?

Sunni:     Jokam Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm hameysha kiya ho wo sunnet hua kerti hai.Jo kam ker key chord diya ho ya kabhi kiya ho bad mey na kiya ho sunnet nahi.

 

G.M.:      Jokam Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ek mertaba bhi kiya ho ham usey bhisunnet kehtey hai.

 

Sunni:     Phirto aap khadey ho ker peshab kerney ko sunnet kehtey hongey, kuki hadees shareefmey aata hai ki aap ney khadey ho ker peshab farmaya tha. (Bhukhari P-35, V-1,P-336 V-1). Aur Bhukari Shareef mey baith ker peshab kerney ki hadees ek jaghabhi nahi aayi. Mazye ki baat ye hai ki baith ker peshab kerney ki hadees MuslimShareef mey bhi nahi aur khadey ho ker peshab kerney ki hadees hai. (MuslimP-133, Vol-1). Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ney bacchi utha ker namaz padihai (Bhukhari P-74 Vol-1 / Muslim P-205, Vol-1).  Aaap Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm neynamaz key dauran kandi kholi hai (Abu Dawood), in sab kamo ko aap sunnetsamjhtey hai? In sunnen per aap ney kitni martaba amal kiya hai?

 

G.M.:      Yeafal sunnet nahi hai.

Sunni:     DekhoBahi ! ye kaam Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm kiya bhi hai phir bhi sunnetnahi hai. Yahi ham bhi kehtey hai ki Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ka herfael sunnet nahi hai. Maslan – wazu mey kulli ki hai aur ham usey sunnet kehteyhai. Wazu key baad biwi ka bosa bhi liye hai usey sunnet nahi kehtey, fael donoAllah key Nabi (S.A.W) key hai. Eek sunnet hai dusra nahi. Usi trah namaz meySanah panda sunnet hai lakin bacchi ko uttahana sunnet nahi hai, jabki aap neydono kam kiye hai, isi baat ko aap bhi mantey hai. Aagar dono sunnet hai jistrah aap phelye keh rehye they to jitney Ahley Hadees bagair bacchi uttaheymasjid mey aatey hai sab tarkeen sunnet mey shamil hai, aur jo biwi ka bosa leyker nahi aatey wo bhi tarkeen sunnet mey sey huye aur ba-kaul aap key ajer – wa– sawab sey mehroom huye. Aap zara un ki tawajoo is ajer wa sawab ki trafmabjool karaye.

 

G.M.:      Aapko hadees dikha sakta hu ki Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ney ek kapdey meynamaz padi aur ek kapda nichye rakh diya.

Sunni:     Bhai! Is hadees mey ek kapdey ka lafz to hai lakin nangey sir ka sabot hargiz nahihai.

 

G.M.:      Jabek kapdey ka lafz aa gaya to kwha ma kwha nangasir sabit ho gaya.Kuki ek kapdye mey sara badan kesey dakha jata hai?

Sunni:     Bhai! Is hadees sey, sir nanga sabit karma sina zori hai. Nangey sir ka lafz dikhao?Zarori nahi ek kapda ho to sir zroor nanga ho jaye. Ek badi chadar key anderadmi acchi trah lipat jaye to sir bhi dhank jata hai aur badan bhi.

 

G.M.:      Ekkapdey mey namaz padhna to sabit ho gaya.Is ko aap bhi maan gaye.

Sunni:     Bhai! Agar aur kapdey na ho to ek kapdey mey namaz ada ker sakta hai. Ye kaamHozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ney bayan jawaz key liye kiya tha.

 

G.M.:      Dekhomey ney sabit ker diya ki ek kapdey mey namaz pardna sunnet hai.

Sunni:     Bhai! Aap ka hafza merey khayal sey kuch kharab hai. Pheley aap man chukey hai kiek adh dafa kiya hua kaam sunnet nahi hota, sunnet daami hoti hai na kihangami. Aagar ek kapdey mey namaz sunnet hai to aap ki masajed mey ye sunnetzibha ho rahi hai. Aaj hi aap aeilan farmaye ki chahe-chahe (six) kapdey pehenkey namaz jo bhi padtha hai wo biddati hai kuki Aap (S.A.W) ney ek kapdey meynamaz padhi hai.

 

G.M.:      HamChaha-chahe (six) kapdey kab pehntey hai?

Sunni:     Bhai! Zara ginna, (1) Shalwar (2) Kameez (3) Banyan (4) Topi (5) Jacket (6)Jurabey. Aap murda sunnet ko zinda krey, jo admi itney kapdo mey namaz pad rahaho us key sarey kapdey uttar dey. Kisi ki sirfJurab rehney dey aur kisi ki topi, kisi ka sirf kameez taki “sawab wahid” peramal ho jaye aur sab sey pheley aap mai-ahley-aayal khud bhi amal krey. Yenirali mantak samjh nahi aati ki ek kapdey sey nanga sir murad liya jaye. Kalkoi admi is sey sirf tehmad murad ley ley, kiya aap is ki tardeed krenegey? Woyahi hadees pad ker aap ko sunayega ya ek kapdey sey murad sirf amama ley leytahai. Aap us ka kiya jawab denygey?

 

G.M.:      AbuDawood mey bhi ek hadees aati hai ki Shareek nami ek shaks ney topi samney rakhker namaz ada ki thi.

Sunni:     Birader! Aap ney pheley kha tha ki sirf Quran aur Hadees sey dalaayal hongey. Ab yeShareek nami shaks Paygamber tha? Hergiz nahi. Sahabi they? Hargiz nahi. Ye koitabee ya tabey tabee hai aur Abu Dawood ka bab dekhey, Imam Abu Dawood farmateyhai us key paas saterh bananye key liye koi cheez na thi us ney topi ko bataursatrah key isteymal kiya lihaza Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm sey nangeysir namaz aap sabit na ker sakey aur na hi sahaba kiram sey. Tum kesey AhleyHadees ho ki na manney per aaoo to Sahih Marfoo Hadees ka inkar ker do jabtumharey maslak key khilaaf ho. Aur jab maslak key mutabik ho to tabee ya tabeetabyee ki baat manwanye key liye lath uttaye phirtey ho. HozoorSal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm to nangey sir admi key salam ka jawab tak nahideytey (Mishkat). Jab masa farmatey to ek hath sey amama mubark ko mamooliupper uthatey hai aur ek hath sey masah farmatey hai. Itni  der tak bhi nangey sir rehna pasand nahifarmatey ki amamah ko utar ker nichye rakh dey aur masah farmah ley aur ummatihamesha nangey sir namaz padhey. Aksar galiyo bazaro mey nangey sir phirey aurkhelaye Ahley Hadees. Apney alawa baki sab ko murtad fasik kahey us ko HozoorSal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm kis trah pasand farmayengey?

 

G.M.:      Koiadmi jan-bujh ker nangey sir namaz padh ley to kiya namaz nahi hoti? Ya us meykiya harz lazim aata hai?

Sunni:     BridarMohtram ! Mey aap key sawal ki dusri shak ka phley jawab deta hu ki “us meykiya harj hai?” Harj to yakinan hai kuki Isayihoo sey mushabahat lizim aatihai. Isaiyyho ko ibadat kertey huey aap ney dekha hoga sarey nangey sir ibadatkertey hai. Jabki sahi hadees sey srhatan nangey namaz padhna sabit nahi – tophir bhi usi trah namaz padhney mey yakinan harj hai jis ko Fatawa UlmaeyHadees ney makroh likha hai. Ab aap key sawal ki shak awwal ka jawab detey haiki “namaz ho jati hai ya nahi”. Arz ye hai ki agar koi admi bamer majboorinangey sir namaz padhta hai yani us key paas kapda na ho ya sir mey koi takleefho to namaz ho jayegi aur agar susti sey sir nanga rakhta hai to us meyyahodiyoo sey mushabaht hai. Quran mey aata hai yahood key barey mey ki jabnamaz key liye khadey huey susti key sath khadey huey.

 

G.M.:      HamareyAhley Hadees ulma ney bhi is masley per kuch likha hai ya nahi?

Sunni:     Bhaisahab ! Abhi to merey paas Fatawa Ulmaey Hadees hai wo aap ko dekha detey hai.Ye agaaya ji Fatawa Ulama Hadees merey hath mey Jild 4 hai uska safa 281 hai.Ye dekho tassub, taparwahi aur feshon ki bina per:-

(1)Esa kerna sahi nahi hai. Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ney khud ye amalnahi kiya.

(2)Koi marfuo hadees sahi meri nazar sey nahi guzri jis sey is aadat ka jawazsabit ho. (Fatawa Ulma Hadees P-287 Jild-4)

(3)Sunnet aur isteyjab zaahir nahi hota hai. (Fatawa Ulma Hadees P-287 Jild-4)

(4)Hazrat Umar Raziallah ney farmaya jab Allah tala ney wusat di hai to namaz meybhi wusat sey kam leyna chahiye. (Fatawa Ulma Hadees P-287 Jild-4)

(5)Garz kisi hadees sey bhi bila ujer nangey sir namaz ko aadat akhtiyar kernasabit nahi hai, mehez be-aamli ya ba-aamli ya kisi ki wajah sey ye riwaz badhraha hai balki jahila to esey sunnet samjhney lagey hai. (Fatawa Ulma HadeesP-288 Jild-4)

(6)Kapda mojood ho to nangey sir namaz ada kerna ya zid sey hoga ya qillat akalsey. (Ayzan)

(7)Wasey ye masla kitabo sey zayda akal wa furasat sey mutalliq hai. Agar us jinslateef sey tabiyet mahroom na ho to nangey sir namaz wasey hi makrohu maloomhoti hai. (Ayzan P-289 Jild-4)

(8)Ibtadai ahdey Islam ko chord ker jab kapdo ki qillat thi, us key baad is aajezki nazar sey koi esi riwayat nahi guzri jis mey ba-serhat ye mazkoor ho kiHozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ya sahaba kiram ney masjid mey aur wo bhinamaz ba-jamat mey nangey sir namaz padhi ho cha-jaye ki mamool bana liya hoisley is ba-rasam ko jo phel rahi hai band kerna chahiye. (9)Agar tabad aur khuzu aur khushu key leye aajizi key khayal sey padi jaye to yeNasara key sath shubha hoga. (Ayzen)

(10)Islam mey nangey sir rehna siwaye ahraam key tabud wa khushu wa khuzu ki aalmatnahi. Agar kisi aur susti ki waja sey to yeh munafiko ki ek khilkat seytashabah hoga. (Namaz ko aatey hai to sust aur ka’hil ho ker). Garz her lihazsey na-pasandida amal hai. (Ayzen)

BhaiJaan ! zara dekho karib karib das jagha sey aap ko ibarat dikhai hai.

Ibaratbala mey sey ibarat no. 5 ko dekhey ki aap key ulmah farmatey hai ki us kosunnet samjhney waley jahila hai.

Ibaratno. 6 mey farmaya nangey sir namaz padhna jid aur qil’lat akal sey hai.

Ibaratno. 7 sey sabit hua ki nangey sir namaz padhna makrooh hai.

Ibaratno. 8 sey sabit ho raha hai ki ye nangey sir namaz padhna aadat bad hai aur yerasam hai jo phel rahi hai, isey band kerna chahiye.

Ibaratno. 9 sey sabit ho raha hai ki ye Nasara yani Isaiyyoo key sath mushabahat hai.

Ibaratno. 10 sey sabit ho raha hai ki munafiko key sath mushabahat hai.

Ibaratno. 3 sey sabit hua ki nangey sir namaz padhna sunnet aur mustahab bhi nahi.Aur hum aap ko aap key ulma ki ye ibaret bhi dikha chukey hai ki nangey sirnamaz Hozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm sey sabit nahi hai.

Jabnangey sir namaz padhney sey munafakeen aur Isaiyyo sey mushabahat hai aurHozoor Sal-lal-laho-alhey-wasallm ka amal bhi nahi hai to aap ye kaam kyukertey hai? Ya to nangey sir namaz padhna chord dey ya phir mazkora alkaab koapney sir ka taj bananey key liye tayyar ho jaye.

 

G.M.:      Humye fatwa-shtwa nahi mantey, hum sir Quran aur hadees ko mantey hai. Yefatway-shtway hamarey yaha motaber nahi hai, Quran aur hadees kafi hai.

Sunni.:    MereyBhai ! Agar har admi key leye Quran aur Hadees bagair kisi ustad key kafi hotato aap key ulma ye kitabey kyu likhtey? Jab Quran aur Hadees majood hai to aapkey ulmah ko ye kitabey likhney ki kiya zarooret pesh aayi? Kiya Quran aurHadees na-mukammal hai?

 

G.M.:      Hamareyulma ney koi fatwa nahi likha, wo sirf Quran aur Hadees per amal kertey hai.

Sunni.:    Bahi! Aap key ulma ney ‘Fatawa Ulma e Hadis’ likha hai jo aap key samney hai.“Ftawa Ahley Hadees” bhi likha hai, ‘Ftawa Staariya’ ‘Ftawa Shaaya’, FtawaBarkatiya’, ‘Fatawa Nazeeriya’ wagara likha hai. Balki usi ‘Ftawa Ulma Hadees’mey kafi ulmaye key fatway maujood hai.

 

G.M.:      FtawaUlmaye Hadees to hamarey yaha to koi motabar aur mustanad kitab nahi hai.

Sunni :    Paayre! Ye sirf jaan chudaney ka bahana hai. ‘Ftawa Ulma e Hadees’ aap key yahamustanad hai aur motabar bhi hai. Jab ye tabehy (shaya) hua to aap key ulma neymarey khushi key jo us per taraney gaye they, aap ko bhi dikha deta hu.

(1)  Jild 3 key aagaz mey safa 16 per ye Ibaret mujood haiki “Jo kuch pesh kiya gaya hai, Quran aur Hadeeski roshni mey pesh kiya gayahai”.

(2)  “Sayed Sahab hamarey jamat key mahkooq buzurg aur ahleyilm hai, inhoney gosha nasheeni mey rah ker hi kitab wa sunnet ki taliyemat kobadey haseen andaz mey logo tak pohchnaney ka beda uthaya hai” (Fatwa Ulma eHadees, Jild 3 Safa 16)

(3)  “Inhoney istafta key jawab mey barrah rast kitab wasunnet sey dalaeil pesh kiye hai” (Ayzen).

(4)  “Fazel murtab mubarkbad key mustahiq hai”. (Ayzen)

(5)  “Hum tamam qaraien ahley e hadees sey guzarishkreneygey ki wo zroor is sey istafada krey”. (Ayzen safa 17)

(6)  “Jo ek traf awam key leye noor basiret sabit hoga.”(Ayzen)

(7)  “In ulma key haq mey dua magfiret krey” (Ayzen safa 11)

(8)  “Bagair tagiur key fatawa ko pesh ker diya gaya hai” (Ayzen safa 12)

(9)  “Ahsan Elahi Zaheer sahab mubarkbad pesh kertey hai”(Ayzen )

(10)    “her library mey esi kitabo ka hona asad zrrori hai”.(Ayzen safa 17)

 

Munderjabala hawaley-jaat ko khoob padhey bar-bar dekhey- kiya in taseedi kleymat keyhotey huey bhi Fatawa Ulma e Hadees gair muttabar aur gair mufeed hai? Jiskitab key gair mukallid ney is qadar tahseen ki ho, wo aap key yaha gairmotabar kesey?

Inhawaleyjaat key hotey huey ab bhi agar nangey sir namaz padhengey to kam-az-kamaap ahley hadees kehlwaney walo mey to shumar nahi hongey.
