SAHAABA-E-KIRAAM RIWAANULLAHI ALAIHIM AJMA’EEN KI SHAAN-E-AQDAS ME ‘RAIS AHMED NADWI SALAFI’ KI SAREEH GUSTAAKHIYA’N

BISMILLAHIR RAHAMANIR RAHEEM

ASSALAMUALIKUM WA RAHMATULLAHI WA BARAKAATUHU!

BIRAADRAAN-E-ISLAM! Ahle Sunnat wal Jama’at ke nazdeek ye ek Musalma haqiqat hai ke Anbiya (Alaihimus salaam) ke baad insaano me se jis Qudsi Jama’at ko ALLAH TA’ALA ke yahan sabse zyada Qurb aur Ikhtesaas haasil hai wo Dars Gaah-e-Nub’wat ki faiz yaafta SAHAABA-E-KIRAAM (Raziallahu anhum ajma’een) ki Jama’at hai. Is Jama’at ka har Fard Salah-o-Taqwa, Ikhlaas-o-Lillahiyat ke A’ala muqaam par tha. Inka kirdaar aur inki Seerat Paak wa saaf aur aisi Pokhta thi ke Baaregaah-e-Khuda-wandi se inko ‘RAZIALLAHU ANHUM WA RAZU ANHU’ ka parwaana mila aur inki Itteba’ wa Iqtedaa par Fauz-e-Azeem ki Bashaarat Quran ne sunaayi aur inme Farq-e-Muraatib ke baawajud inke har fard ke liye ALLAH TA’ALA ne JANNAT ka waa’da farmaya. Jisse SAHAABA-E-KIRAAM ke har fard ka intehaayi darja MUTTAQI hona maalum hota hai. Chunaancha Irshade Khuda wandi hai:

“MUHAMMAD(Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ALLAH ke Rasul hain aur jo log inke sath hain, wo Kaafiro’n ke muqaable me sakht hain, (aur) aapas me ek dusre ke liye Raham dil hain, tum inhen dekhoge ke kabhi Ruku’ me hain, kabhi Sajde me, ALLAH ke fazal aur Khushnudi ki talaash me lage hue hain unki alaamaten Sajde ke asar se unke chehre par Numaayaa’n hain….”

(Surah Fatah, Ayat 29)

Aur Rasul-e-Paak (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya:

“Mere Ashaab ke bare me ALLAH  se daro aur unhen Mere baad Nishaana na banao, jisne unse muhabbat ki usne Mujhse muhabbat ki waja se unse muhabbat ki aur jisne unse Bughz rakha usne Mujhse bughz rakhne ki waja se unse Bughz rakha, jisne unhen Taklif pohchayi usne Mujhe Taklif pohchayi aur Jisne Mujhe Taklif di usne ALLAH ko Taklif di aur jo ALLAH ko Taklif pochayega to qarib hai k (ALLAH) usko Apni pakad me le le.”

BUKHARI wa MUSLIM me Hazrat Abu Sa’eed Khudri Raziallahu anhu ki rewayat hai, ALLAH ke Rasul (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya:

“Mere Ashaab ko bura bhala mat kaho. Tum me se koi Uhad Pahaad ke baraabar Sona kharch kare to unke ek Mud(mutthi) aur aadhe Mud ki miqdaar ke baraabar Sawaab ko nahin pahoch sakega.”

Mulla Ali Qaari (Rahimahullah) SHARAH-ALSHIFA me Huzoor (Sallallahu alihi wasallam) ka irshad Naqal karte hain:

“Jo ALLAH se muhabbat rakhta hai use chahiye ke Mujhse muhabbat rakhe aur jo Mujhse muhabbat rakhta hai use chaiye ke Mere Ashaab se bhi Muhabbat rakkhe”

In Ahaadis se maalum hua ke jiske Qalb me SAHAABA-E-KIRAAM ki azmat aur muhabbat na hogi usko ALLAH aur uske Rasul ki muhabbat nasib nahi hogi.

Par Quran-o-Hadees ki in Waazeh aur Roshan Hedaayaat ke bil-muqaabil Asr-e-Haazir ke Ahle Zawaahir ka kuchh aur hi Nazariya hai, niche ki Ibaaraat mulaahiza farmayen:

KHULAFA-E-RAASHIDEEN AHKAAM-E-SHARIY’AH KE KHILAAF AHKAAM NAAFIZ KARTE THE

 Jami’a Salafiyah Banaras ke ‘Muhaqqiq’ RAIS AHMED NADWI SALAFI sahab farmaate hain:

“Isi bina par ham dekhte hain ke apni zaati maslihat bini ki bunyaad par baa’z Khulafa-e-Raashideen baa’z Ahkaame Shariy’ah ke khilaaf bakhayal khuwaish Islaah-o-Maslihat ki gharz se dusre Ahkaam saadar kar chuke the, un Ahkaam ke silsila me in Khulafa’ ki baato’n ko aam Ummat ne ‘RADD’ kar diya”

(TANWEERUL AFAAQ, P-107)

Is silsila me mazeed irshad hota hai:

“Ham aage chal kar kayi aisi misaalen pesh karne waale hain jinme Ahkaame Shariy’ah wa Nusoos ke khilaaf Khulafaa-e-Rashideen ke tarze amal ko puri Ummat ne Ijtima’ee taur par galat qaraar dekar Nusoos wa Ahkaame Shariy’ah par amal kiya hai”

(Aizan, P-107)

Isi silsila ka Nadwi Salafi Mausuf ka ye irshaad bhi mulaahiza farmayen, farmaate hain:

“Magar ek se zyada waazeh misaalen aisi maujood hain jinme Hazrat Umar(Raziallahu anhu) ya kisi bhi Khalifa-e-Raashid ne Nusoos Kitaab-o-Sunnat ke khilaaf apne ikhteyaar kurdah Mauqaf ko bataur Qaanoon jaari kar diya tha, lekin puri Ummat ne? In mu’aamlaat me bhi Hazrat umar(Raziallahu anhu) ya dusre Khalifa-e-Raashid ki jaari kurdah Qaanoon ke bajaye Nosoos ki pairoo hai.”

NAAZIREEN-E-KIRAAM! Mausuf Muhaqqiq Salafi sahab ki ibaarato’n se mandarja zel Haqaaiq ka inkeshaaf hota hai:

  1. Khulafa-e-Raashideen Ahkaame Shariy’ah ke khilaf Ahkaam jaari karte the.
  2. Puri Ummat ne Ijmaa’ee tariqa par Khulafa-e-Raashideen ke in khilaafe Kitaab-o-Sunnat ke Ahkaam ko RADD kar diya.
  3. Khulafa-e-Raashideen kitaab-o-Sunnat ke khilaaf Deeni wa Shar’ee Ahkaam me apna Mauqaf ikhteyaar karte the.
  4. Khulafa-e-Raashideen Kitaab-o-Sunnat ke khilaaf Qaanoon jaari karte the.

(NA’UZUBILLAHI MIN ZAALIK!)

Ye hain wo Haqaaiq jo Jami’a Salafiya Banaras ke Salafi Nadwi Ustaz ke Kalaam se maakhuz hain. Ab Musalman ghaur farmayen ke kya iske baa’d bhi Khulafa-e-Raashideen ka Deen-o-Shariy’at me koi maqaam baaqi rah jata hai, aur Khulafa-e-Raashideen ki Kitaab-o-Sunnat ke khilaaf is jur’at beja ke baa’d bhi inko ‘Raashid’ kahna Aqlan wa Naqlan durust qaraar payega? Ya Musalmaano’n ko inki baato’n par ya inki Sunnato’n par kisi bhi darja me ay’etemaad karna Jayez wa Durust hoga?

Khulafa-e-Raashideen ke bare me Ghair Muqallideen ka ye Andaaza-e-Guftagu A’yen Raafziyat wa Shiy’at ke Fikr-o-Nazar ka izhaaar nahi hai?

Aap ghaur farmayen ke agar Ghair Muqallido’n ka Khulafa-e-Raashideen ke bare me ye fikr kisi bhi darja me Mo’tabar hai to phir ‘Alaikum bisunnati wa sunnatil Khulafa-e-Raashideen’ ka kya maa’ni baaqi rah jata hai?

 

HAZRAT UMAR(RAZ.) AUR HAZRAT IBN MAS’OOD(RAZ.) KA NUSOOS-E-SHARIY’AH KE KHILAAF MAUQAF

Ghair Muqallideen Ulama’ ye bhi kahte hain ke Hazrat Umar Faarooq aur Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood(Raziyallahu anhuma) Deeni wa Shar’ee mu’aamlaat me Nusoos-e-shariy’ah ke khilaaf Mauqaf ikhteyaar karte the, Maulana Rais Ahmed Nadwi Sahab farmaate hain:

“Zaahir hai ke kisi Nusoos ke khilaaf in dono’n Jalilul Qadr Sahaaba ke Mauqaf ko Laayeha-e-Amal aur Hujjiyat-e-Shariy’ah ke taur par Daleele raah nahi banaaya ja sakta aur ye bhi zaahir hai ke chunke batareeq Mo’tabar saabit hai ke in dono’n Jalilul Qadr Sahaaba ne Nusoos-e-Shariy’ah ke khilaaf Mauqaf mazkur ikhteyaar kar liya tha, isliye sirf in dono’n Sahaaba ko Nusoos ki khilaaf warzi ka murtakib qaraar diya ja sakta hai.” (P. 87-88)

Musalmano’n zara ghaur karo ke Ghair Muqallidiyat ka raasta kaisa Shaitaani raasta hai ke is raah par chalne ke baad aadmi Sahaaba-e-Kiraam hatta ke Hazrat Umar Faaruq aur Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood (Raziallahu anhuma) jaise Fuqahaa-e-Sahaaba ke bare me kaisi zabaan iste’maal karne lagta hai. Khudaara zara batlao Sahaaba-e-Kiraam ke baare me ye andaaze guftagu kis Ahle Sunnat wal Jama’at ka ho sakta hai? Aur kya aise log Ahle Haq qaraar diye ja sakte hain?

HAZRAT UMAR(RAZ.) AUR HAZRAT ABDULLAH IBN MAS’OOD(RAZ.) KO QURAAN KI AAYAAT WA AHAADIS SAMAJH ME NAHI AAYI

Yahi Jami’a Salafiya Banaras ke Nadwi Salafi Ghair Muqallid Sahab bade tantane se aur nehaayat tahqeer aamez andaaz me Hazrat Umar(Raz.) aur Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood(Raz.) ke baare me ye gohar afshaani karte hain, farmaate hain:

“Quraan Majid ki do Aayato’n aur Pachaaso’n Hadeeso’n me Tayammum se Namaz ki Ijaazat hai, Hazrat Umar aur Ibn Mas’ood ke saamne ye Aayaat wa Ahaadis pesh hui thin, phir bhi unki samajh me baat nahi aa saki.” (P. 418)

Ye Andaaze guftagu usi ka ho sakta hai jiska Qalb Bughz-e-Sahaaba se mukaddar ho, jiske Fikr-o-zahan par Shiy’at ne pura qabza jama liya ho, jise na Umar ka maqaam maalum ho na Ibn Mas’ood(Raziyallahu anhuma) ka.

HAZRAT UMAR FAROOQ(RAZ.) NE QURAANI HUKM BADAL DAALA

Jami’a Salafiya ka ye Muhaqqiq Umar Farooq(Raz.) ke khiaaf apne dil me sakht Keena paale hue hai, jis Umar Farooq ke baare me ALLAH ke Rasul(Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ka irshad hai ke ‘Jis raah se Umar guzarte hain Shaitaan us raah se nahin guzarta’ aur jis Umar Farooq ke baare me ALLAH ke Rasul(Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ka irshad hai ke ‘Shaitaan Umar ke saaya se bhi bhaagta hai’ aur jis Umar Farooq ke baare me ALLAH ke Rasul(Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ka irshad hai ke ‘ALLAH ne HAQ ko Umar ki zaban par naazil kiya hai’ aur jis Umar Farooq ki ye Shaan thi ke Quran me bees se zyaada Aayaten Hazrat Umar ki khwahish ke mutaabiq ALLAH ne naazil farmaayi, unhi Umar Farooq ke baare me Ghair Muqallideen Shiy’on ke ham zabaan hokar ye Propaganda kar rahe hain ke Umar Farooq ne ALLAH ki Shariy’at ko badal daala tha. Jami’a Salafiya ka ye Salafi Nadwi Muhaqqiq Umar Farooq ki shaan me kya bakta hai, Naazireen mulaahiza farmayen:

“Mausuf Umar ki khwahish wa tamanna bhi yahi thi ke Quraani Hukm ke mutaabiq ek Majlis ki Teen TALAAQ ko ek hi qaraar den, magar logo’n ki galat rawi rokne ki maslihat ke pesh-e-nazar Mausuf ne ba-aye’teraaf khuwaish is Quraani Hukm me Tarmeem kar di, is Quraani  Hukm me Mausuf ne ye Tarmeem ki ke Teen qaraar pane lagin.” (P.498)

Iske baa’d Mausuf nehaayat Ghaiz-o-Ghazab ke aalam me Hazrat Umar(Raz.) ke khilaaf apne dili Bughz ka yun izhaar karte hain:

“Phir kya waja hai k ek waqt ki Talaaq-e-Salaasa me farmaane Faaruqi ko jo taa’ziri taur par naafiz kiya gaya tha aur Nusoos Kitaab-o-Sunnat ke khilaaf baa’z Siyaasi Maslihat ke sabab apnaaya gaya tha, Qaanoon-e-Shariy’at bana liya jaye.” (P.499)

 

HAZRAT ALI AUR SAHAABA-E-KIRAAM(RAZIYALLAHU ANHUMA) GUSSA ME GALAT FATWA DIYA KARTE THE

Hadees ki kitaabo’n me aata hai ke Hazrat Ali (Raz.) ne ek waqt ki Teen Talaaq ke Teen hone ka Fatwa diya tha, us par tabsara karte hue Jami’a Salafiya ke Nadwi Salafi Ustaz-e-Hadees saahab farmaate hain:

“Zaahir hai ke Hazrat Ali(Raz.) ne ye baat mahaz GUSSA me kahi thi………..yahi GUSSA waali baat un Sahaaba ke Fataawa me bhi kaar farma thi, jinhone ek waqt me ek se zyada di hui Talaaqo’n ko Waaqa’ batlaaya.” (P.103)

Mazeed irshaad hota hai

“Zaahir hai ke zabaan se GUSSA ki haalat me nikli hui aisi baato’n ko Hujjat-e-Shar’ee nahi qaraar diya ja sakta jabke Ghair-e-Nabi ki ye baaten khilaafe Nusoos ho’n.” (P.104)

Ahle Ilm hazraat ghaur farmayen ke is Ghair Muqallid ne Hazrat Ali(Raz.) aur Hazraate Sahaaba ki shaan me kaisi behooda bakwaas ki hai, wo kahta hai ke Hazrat Ali(Raz.) ne ek waqt ki Teen Talaaq ke Teen hone ka jo Fatwa  diya tha wo GUSSA me tha aur GALAT tha, Sahaaba-e-Kiraam ke bhi aise saare Fataawe ka jinme Teen Talaaq ke teen hone ka zikr hai wo GUSSE ke aur GALAT FATAAWA hain.(ASTAGHFIRULLAH!)

Jab ALLAH TA’ALA kisi ki A’aqibat kharaab karne ka faisla kar chukka hota hai to uski Zabaan-o-Qalam se Khulafa-e-Raashideen aur Sahaaba-e-Kiraam ke baare me is tarha ki baaten nikalti hain aur uski zahniyat is qism ki banti hai aur uski zabaan-o-qalam se is qism ki behuda baaten nikalti hain. Ghair Muqallidiyat ke unwaan par Zalaalat-o-gumraahi ki kaisi kaisi raahen khul rahi hain, agar ALLAH TA’ALA isse hifaazat na farmaye to IMAAN hi ke Bhasm ho jaane ka Andesha hai.

NOTE: SAHAABA-E-KIRAAM PAR GHAIR MUQALLIDEEN ULAMA KE KIYE GAYE JARAH-O-TANQEED KE AUR BHI HAWAALE JAAT HAIN HAMAARE PAAS PAR CHUNKE YE HAZRAAT YE KAH KAR APNA JAAN CHHURAATE HAIN KE ‘YE HAMAARE ULAMA NAHI’ ISLIYE HUMNE SIRF INKE ASAL MARKAZ KE USTAAZ-E-HADEES KE QALAM SE LIKHI HUI IBAARAAT AAP TAK POHCHAAYI HAIN.

ALLAH TA’ALA ham tamaam Musalmano’n ki har shar wa fitne se hifaazat farmaye, Ameen!
