SUNNAT O HADEES ME FARQ AUR HADEES KE RAD O QABOOL KA MIYAR _ HADEES

 

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : ” سَيَأْتِيكُمْ عَنِّي أَحَادِيثُ مُخْتَلِفَةٌ , فَمَا جَاءَكُمْ مُوَافِقًا لِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَلِسُنَّتِي فَهُوَ مِنِّي , وَمَا جَاءَكُمْ مُخَالِفًا لِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَلِسُنَّتِي فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي

Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allahu anhu, Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam se marwi hain ke

“Meri taraf se kuch Ikhtelafi Ahadis aayengi, unme se Jo “KITABULLAH” aur “MERI SUNNAT” ke muwafiq hongi, woh meri taraf se hongi, aur jo “KITABULLAH” aur “MERI SUNNAT” ke khilaaf hongi wo meri taraf se nahi hongi.”

SAWAL: Jis tarah Hadees me Sunnat aur Hadees ka alag alag hona aaya hai, kya kisi Hadees me Hadees aur Sunnat ka Ek hona bhi aaya hai?

 


عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، يَقُولُ : خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ : ” اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ خُلَفَائِي ” ، قَالَ : قُلْنَا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، وَمَنْ خُلَفَاؤُكَ ؟ ، قَالَ : ” الَّذِينَ يَأْتُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِي ، يَرْوُونَ أَحَادِيثِي وَسُنَّتِي وَيُعَلِّمُونَهَا النَّاسَ ”

 

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu anhu se Riwayat hai ke maine Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu anhu ko farmate hue suna ke Nikle hum par Rasoolullah sallallahu alihi wasallam to farmaya:

“Aye Allah! Mere Khulafa par Rahem farmaa.” Hum ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool: apke Khulafaa kaun hain?

Apne farmaya : “Woh log jo mere baad ayenge , jo Riwayat karenge Meri Hadeesen aur Meri Sunnat aur Logon ko Sikhayenge.”

HADEES KE NAAM PAR DAJJALIYAT PHAILANE WALE JHOOTEY LOG

 

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَيَكُونُ فِي آخِرِ أُمَّتِي أُنَاسٌ يُحَدِّثُونَكُمْ مَا لَمْ تَسْمَعُوا أَنْتُمْ وَلَا آبَاؤُكُمْ فَإِيَّاكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُمْ

11] المقدمہ » بَاب النَّهْيِ عَنِ الرِّوَايَةِ عَنِ الضُّعَفَاءِ, رقم الحديث:

Hazrat Abu Huraira Razi Allahu anhu farmate hain ke Rasoolulah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Irshad farmaya

“Aakhir zamane me bade Jhoote Dajjal log honge tumhare paas aisi ahadis laayenge Jinko na tum ne na tumhare AAba o ajdaadne suna hoga (baap- dada ke Amli tawatur ke khilaaf  hongi), tum Aise logo se bach ke rehna mubadah wo tumhe Gumrah aur Fitne me Mubtala na karden.”

 

Saabit hua ke ye baad ke daur ke log honge to wo “Bid’ati” bhi hue.

 

Sawal: jis tarah Hadees ke naam lekar Gumrah karne walon , Fitna Baazon ko “BADEY JHOOTEY” aur “BADEY DAJJAL/DHOKA BAAZ” kaha gaya hai, kya kisi Hadees me Sunnat ke Aamileen ko aisa kaha gaya hai?

 

 


عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ق: ۔۔۔۔ فَيُنْظَرُ إِلَى أَهْلِ السُّنَّةِ فَيُؤْخَذُ حَدِيثُهُمْ وَيُنْظَرُ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْبِدَعِ فَلَا يُؤْخَذُ حَدِيثُهُمْ

Hazrat Ibne Seereen rah:..” pas jo hadees “Ahle Sunnat”(rawi) ki taraf se dekhte to un ki Hadees lelete aur agar “Ahle Bid’at”(rawi) dekhte to uski Hadees chord dete.”

 


عَلِيَّ بْنَ شَقِيقٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ يَقُولُا عَلَى رُءُوسِ النَّاسِ دَعُوا حَدِيثَ عَمْرِو بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يَسُبُّ السَّلَفَ

Hadees:… Ali Bin Shaqeeq rah kehte hain ke Maine Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mubarak Rahmatullahi alaih se bar sar e aam suna wo farma rahe the ke Amr Bin Saabit Ki riwayat ko chord do kyu ke “Ye shaqs Aslaaf(guzre hue nek Buzrugon) ko Gaaliyan deta hai.”

Saabit hua ke ye baad ke daur ke “BID’ATI” log SALAF(guzre hue nek Buzrugon = Sahaba razi Allahu anhum ya Aimma/Imamo rahimahumullah) ko bura bhala kehne aur unke Ilm o Amal me aib nikalna ki bhondi koshish karne walon ki hadees Na Maqbool hai.”

 

SUNNAT KYA HAI?

Deen ka wo pasandeda Mamool o Murawwaj(Qayam shudah, Jaari) tareeqa  jo khwah Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam se sabit ho(Quran: Aale Imran 31) ya Sahabab Razi Allahu anhum se(Quran Surah At taubah:100).

 

Hadees se daleel:


ا)  أُوصِيكُمْ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ , عَزَّ وَجَلَّ , وَالسَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ وَإِنْ عَبْدًا حَبِشِيًّا ، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَعِشْ مِنْكُمْ فَسَيَرَى اخْتِلافًا كَثِيرًا ، “فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِينَ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ” ، فَتَمَسَّكُوا بِهَا وَعَضُّوا عَلَيْهَا بِالنَّوَاجِذِ ، وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَمُحْدَثَاتِ الأُمُورِ ، فَإِنَّ كُلَّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ ، وَكُلَّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلالَةٌ

“Mai Tum logon ko Taqwa aur Sunne aur Manne ki wasiyyat karta hun khwah Tumhare Haakim Habshi Ghulam hi kyu na ho. Is liye ke tum me se jo zinda rahega wo bhot Ikhtelaf dekhega. KHABARDAAR! (Shariyat ke khilaaf Deen me )naye baton se bahna kyunke Ye Gumrahi ka rasta hai. “Lihaza tum me se jo shaqs ye zamana paye usey chahye ke Mere aur mere hidayat yafta khulafa e Raashideen ki Sunnat ko laazim pakdo, tum log usey(Sunnat ko) Daanto se Mazbooti se pakad lo.”

SUNNAT KA HUKUM : YE HAI KE HAR MUSALMAN KO USKE ZINDA KARNE KI IMKAANI KOSHISH KARNI CHAHYE, AGAR WO USEY TARK KARDE TO QAABIL E MALAMAT HOGA, SIWAYE KISI UZUR SE CHORDNE KE

Chand Fiqhi Nukte aur Misalen:

  1. Khade ho kar Peshab karna

  1. khade ho kar paani peena

ye Hadees se Sabit hai magar Sunnat (Aadat)na thi, balke Sunnat (Aadat) Baith kar Peshab karna [SAHEEH BUKHARI BAAB AT TABARRUZ FIL BUYOOT, HADEES NO:147,149] Aur baith kar paani peena thi, khade ho kar peene se mana farmaya .[Saheeh Muslim , Kitabul AShribah,Baab Karahiyatush Shirbi Qaaiman Hadees no: 387]

 

 

  1. Wuzu me Har ‘uzoo ko (hadees me) Ek baar dhona bhi sabit hai

 [Saheeh Bukhari Kitab ul Wuzu, Baab Al Wuzoo                  Marratan Marratan, Hadees no. : 155, 157]

  • Do baar dhona bhi sabit hai.

  • Teen baar dhona bhi sabit hai

Magar aadat 3, 3 baar Dhona “Amali Tawatur” Sunnat hai.

 

  1. (Paak) Na’alain (jootey) pahen kar Namaz padhte rehna

[Saheeh Bukhari, Kitabus Salaat , Baab As salaatu Fin Ni’aal, Hadees No: 376]

          Ek bhi Hadees  Na’lain  utar kar padhne ki Bukhari aur Muslim me nahi. Magar “Amali Tawatur” aur “Ta’amul/Ijmaa e ummat” se Na’lain pahen kar Namaz padhna Sunnat (aadat) hai.

 

          Amr Bin Shoaib ba sanad Waalid Riwayat karet hain ke “Maine Rasoolullah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko Jooton Samet aur (baghair Jootonke ) Nange paaun Namaz padhte dekha.”

 

[MUSANNAF IBNE ABI SHAIBAH, kitanbus salaat, MAN Rakhkhasa Fis Salaat Fin Na’lain, Hadees no:7684,7935, Sunan Ibne Maja Kitab Iqamatis salaah Was Sunnat feeha, Baab Salaat Fin Ni’aal Hadees No:1038,1028.

Namaz  me gardan par bachi (Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka apni beti Zainab Razi Allahu anha ki Beti Amama Bint e Abul Aas(Nawasi e Rasool) ko uthana Hadees me Fael –Maazi-Istemrari ke Alfaaz “KAANA YUSALLII” (yani Aisi Namaz padhte rehte the) se Sabit hai
[Saheeh Bukhari, Kitabus Salaat, Baab Izaa Hamala jariyatan sagheeratan Ala ‘Unuqihi, Hadees No: 489]

Magar ye Sunnat( Aadat) na thi, So Sahaba(Razi Allahu anhum) aur Jamat e Momineen ki bhi Aadat (Sunnat) na bani.

 

 

Isi tarah Urf me bhi inke Istemaal me farq zaahir hai: jaise ; Nikah karna SUNNAT hai kehte hain, Hadees nahi, Qurbnai karna Sunnat kaha jata hai, Hadees nahi; Miswak ko Sunnat kaha jata hai , Hadees koi Nahi kehta;”

 

Ye hai Sunnat aur Hadees me Farq is liye jo Hazraat ye Rat lagate hain ke Hadees par amal karo Hadees par Amal karo ye na dekha jaye ke Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki SUNNAT kya thi, wo Hadees ke naam par Sunnat ko mitaa raha hai. Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne to farmaya tha Meri Sunnat ko apnana aj kal Shor o Ghal hai ke Hadees par Amal karo Hadees par.

          Bukhari me Baab hai Baabus Salaat Fii Saubi Wahidin. Ek kapde me Namaz padhne ka baab hai, teen kapdo me Namaz padhne ka Baab Bukhari me nahi hai, to un ke kapde utaro kisi ki Qamees rehna do kisi ki Jurrab rehna do kisi ki Sirf banyan rehna do. Taake Araam se gin kar bataya jaasake ke ye Dekhye ek kapde me Namaz ho rahi hai. Hadees par amal ho raha hai. Bukhari par amal ho raha hai. Aur Bukhari  o Muslim me hai Ke

كَانَ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ حَامِلٌ أُمَامَةَ بِنْتَ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

 

Ke apni Nawasi ko God me utha kar Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam Namaz padh rahe hain.

          Do chaar bache yahan maujood rakho taake jo bhi Namaz padhe us par bache ko Sawar kar diya jaye taake Namaz Bukhair o Muslim ke mutabiq ho jaye. Wo ladka kehta hai ke itne me dekha ke ek Aadmi baith kar istenja kar raha tha maine kaha ke Dekho wo Aadmi baith kar istenjaa kar raha hai usko khada karo Bukhari o Muslim ke Khilaaf kar raha hai. Kam az kam usko to batao ke Bukhari o muslim me baith kar Peshab karne ki Hadees maujood nahi hai . wo ladke ne kaha chalo .Buzrugon ne jakar kaha ke ji ye kehta hai ke Ye ye baat Bukhair o Muslim me hai. Shaikhul Hadees ne kaha ke Ji haan hai. Burugon ne kaha ke phir is par Hamara amal kyun nahi? Shaikhul Hadees ne kaha ke Bus ye ladka koi shararti maloom hota hai. Ladke ne kaha ke Bukhari o muslim ki hadees par amal karne ko Ap shararat kehte hain.
